Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about this website and the cards data.
The previous popularity estimate is currently paused.
Earlier builds of the site showed an internal estimate, but the supporting methodology is being refreshed and is no longer presented as a production metric. For now, compare cards using the last updated date, reviews, Trustpilot links, and issuer documentation.
Occasionally, some cards offer a limited-time discount, or offer a discount if you
purchase the card with their native token. You should check out the official website
for the most accurate information.
Generally speaking, as long as it can be spent in your country, you can use it there. However, some cards may have restrictions on where they can be used. For example, some cards may only be used in the country of issue, or may only be used online. You should check the card's terms and conditions for more information.
We cannot provide customer support, but the most common reason why crypto cards get blocked are:
- You have attempted to use the card at a restricted Merchant Category Code (MCC).
- The card has been used fraudulently, e.g. attempted chargeback
- The card did not have enough balance at the time of payment too many times.
For many of these services, you can simply order a replacement card. However, be advised that usually all the funds on the blocked card are permanently lost. The cardholder agreement describes specifically what you are and aren't allowed to use your card for.
Some card issuers do not publish every fee, country restriction, wallet integration, or rewards detail in a consistent format. When we cannot verify a field from the data we have, we prefer to leave it blank rather than guess. Check the card details page, reviews, and the issuer's own documentation for the latest confirmation.
Yes, we list all of the tokens and networks that are supported for loading a card on the card's description page, including for USDT.
We may use affiliate links on this website. This means that if you click on a link and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps us to keep the website running and provide you with the best information possible.
The current frontend build does not include a first-party Google Analytics tag, user accounts, checkout flows, or a built-in contact form. Your browser requests the static pages, assets, and card data files needed to use the directory. If you choose to email us or open external links, those providers may process the information needed to complete your request.
If you are exploring sponsorship, listing, or partnership opportunities, email info@cryptocardslist.com with the product, page, and timing you have in mind. We review opportunities case by case and only publish placements that fit the directory.
Email info@cryptocardslist.com with your card name, official website, supported regions, fees, networks, and any cardholder documentation you want us to review. We only add listings we can verify from source material.
